Kent
Kent is an area of south east England, known as “The Garden of England” because it so green – and produces much of the country’s fruit! Kent is where you can find the typical English villages that many people think of when they think of England. It’s a beautiful and interesting county, with so much to see. You can visit historic Canterbury, with its Cathedral and medieval streets, the Kent coast, which is great for walks and watersports, shop at Ashford or enjoy great transport links to the rest of the UK and into Europe.
Fun Fact: Due to its proximity England’s “old enemy” France, Kent boasts no fewer than 32 castles!
