This independent, small, house share is a converted mid-terrace property, that offers a shared lounge with TV, internet access, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, fully equipped kitchen (kettle, pots, pans, toaster, utensils, etc) and a nice paved garden. The house is centrally heated. Bed linen and a weekly cleaning service are also provided. There is a communal bathroom on the 1st floor as well as cloakroom with WC and washbasin downstairs. -

In their spare time the hosts like to play games with their students during their night off, going out for a dinner or for a cinema with friends, relaxing reading a good book, listening to some music and when possible travelling. Most Sundays they take the students out for the day and they bring them to shopping outlets, parks, cinemas, etc. The hosts offer three rooms in their house, all of them are fully furnished with adequate storage, studying facilities and Wi-Fi access. They have a beautiful home and garden to share with the students in a relatively quiet and convenient area, with Leeds city centre only around 15mins on the bus and frequent service. The average journey to the city centre is 38 minutes by public transport.
