Hosts International, established in 1988 is probably the largest and highest quality homestay accommodation provider based in central London on the prestigious Regent Street.

We specialise in placing students for top schools and education partners into homestay accommodation across ten UK locations and in Dublin, Ireland.

About the the role

We are looking for a dynamic person who will, ideally, have a degree-level education and will use it along with their ability to assist our managers in placing students in the correct homestays to get a perfectly matched placement.

The successful candidate will progress to the product manager level by demonstrating their capabilities to be dynamic as placement officers.

The candidate will join a dedicated team of professionals who all have specialist skills as well as the day-to-day ability to satisfy the daily operation of the company which is to book and care for international students.

Candidate Requirements

You Must be conversant with most IT package and be able to grasp our dedicated and bespoke student management system.

You must be extremely organised, possess an attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines, have good people skills and a high level of proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal) giving you a good telephone manner.

Responsibilities

The daily tasks will include handling day-to-day placements of students into homestays, handling bookings, emails, complaints, recruitment and administration of students, agents, universities and colleges who entrust their clients to our care.

Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and working under instruction and guidance provided with on-the-job training, you will be offered an attractive salary package with great potential for advancement with the company.

Job Type: Full time London office based then hybrid then maybe home based could be considered after suitable training period (our office is in central London on Regent Street. Nearest underground station is Oxford Circus)

Salary: From £25,500.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday
