Monday mornings: Setting the tone for the week
Every week begins with our Monday morning team meeting, where we review our 24/7 emergency line calls from the busy weekend. We analyse each situation, what happened, how we resolved it, and whether further investigation is needed. Quality remains at the heart of everything we do, ensuring we provide top-notch homestays for our partners.

Mid-week operations: The details that matter
Tuesday brings financial reviews—analysing client performance, sales trends, and cash flow to ensure we’re supporting our partners effectively. Our teams work from daily priority lists, focusing on speed of response and exceptional service delivery.
Our weekly compliance meetings check that hosts meet our strict criteria. We’re currently busy handling summer bookings, particularly from MENA regions, and making sure we have sufficient host family availability. Meanwhile, we’re supporting partner schools through British Council inspections and conducting our own quality checks and spot visits.
Looking forward: Growth and innovation
This week includes interviewing new staff, welcoming clients from Bournemouth to our office, and preparing for our monthly online safeguarding courses for hosts. We’re also gearing up for our next free client webinar training for student support teams.
